I will then secure that domain name for you.
At that point, I will create your new website for a one time charge of only  $125.00
If you know of another website that you like the looks of, we can create yours to be quite similar to that website.
If you already have a website and domain name, I will help you transfer your domain name.
After I build your new website, then we will test it and then at that point we will transfer your domain name to your new website and your old website will no longer be active.

Your property listings for will be automatically updated from your MLS link that we embed into the page.

Your Yearly Charge for the domain name (which is the name of your website such as...  www.yourrealtysite.com) and for the
web company that I use to host it, is only a once a year cost of only $25.00 - total...that's it.

So, your total cost to get your new website up and going is $125.00

I think you will find that price very hard to beat.
